FORWARDCHECK / THE CHECKING LIBRARY
Questions about ForwardCheck
ForwardCheck helps you examine forwarded claims alongside their sources. It uses AI and can make mistakes.
What is ForwardCheck?
It is a checking tool that extracts claims from text, links and supported media, then uses available sources to help assess them. Read the sources beside the conclusion and check what they actually establish. Read the full methodology.
Can it give a definitive answer to every claim?
No. Context, language, source availability and media quality can limit a result. ForwardCheck is not a certified forensic service. Insufficient evidence is not proof that a claim is true or false.
Does a person review every report?
No person reviews a generated report before it is published. Vidit reviews reports users flag and decides corrections. Checks are AI-assisted. Independently inspect the cited evidence before relying on a result for an important decision.
Do I need an invitation?
Public guides require no account. New checks in the app are currently invite-only. The homepage explains current access and the waitlist.
Where can I get it on my phone?
For Android, visit Google Play. For iPhone, see the beta information. Availability can vary by store and region.
Are shared reports private?
Anyone with a shared report link can read it. Search engines are instructed not to index reports, but that instruction is not access control. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. Read the privacy policy.
How do I report an error?
Use the correction option on a report or the corrections page. For a guide, email contact.techfusionlab@gmail.com with the URL and a reliable supporting source.
Who runs it?
Vidit Chopra (GlobalInno Services), based in Meerut, India. Our editorial policy explains AI assistance and sourcing in this library.
