How each answer is made
Only real sources
Every source is one we actually found, and every quote must appear in it. If there's no source, the answer is “Not proven”, never a guess.
Strong proof for strong answers
“Strong evidence” needs an official record or a fact-checker, or two different news organisations. Blogs and social media are leads, never proof.
A separate fairness check
A separate fairness check removes loaded words and can make an answer more cautious. If we misquoted the forward, it corrects the claim, and the evidence is checked again.
It tells you how strong the evidence is
Every answer says, in words, how strong the evidence is. There is no number: our accuracy hasn't been measured yet. AI can still make mistakes, so you can open every source and judge for yourself.

Why invite-only?
Each new check takes several AI models and many sources, and we'd rather do fewer, careful checks while we grow. Forwards that have already been checked stay open to everyone.
How do I get in?
Sign in to ForwardCheck and join the waiting list. We let people in a few at a time and can't promise when. Meanwhile, you can look up forwards for free.

Is it free?
Yes. Opening checks and looking up forwards are free. Invited members get free checks too: 10 to start, and they can ask for more.
Does ForwardCheck take sides?
No. Sources are ranked by what kind of organisation they are, never by their politics, and every party, religion and community is held to the same standard.
What happens to what I send?
The video or photo you send is deleted from our servers after the check. To make the report we keep still frames and the words we heard. Checks never show who asked. Anyone with a check's link can open it, so please don't send private family photos.
What if it's wrong?
AI can make mistakes. That's why every claim links to sources you can open, and every answer says how strong the evidence is. Spotted a mistake? Anyone can tell us from the check itself, and anyone can write to us from Support.

ForwardCheck is built and run by Vidit Chopra (GlobalInno Services) in Meerut, India. We don't show ads, and we don't sell your data.
